A zombie apocalypse unites a ragtag pack of dogs in the ruined streets of Miami. Immune to the epidemic, they must stick together to survive in the midst of ferocious undead and human survivors in this unauthorized sequel to "Homeward Bound." Sit. Stay. Play dead...
The film was a result of Andres and Diego Meza Valdes teaming up with Rachel Goodrich and Amigo the Devil as part of our filmmaker + musician collaboration series for Borscht 7.

Andres and Diego Meza-Valdes are brothers who have collaborated in the creation of several award-winning horror shorts and dubbed the “Future Stars of Horror” by SexGoreMutants.com. Notable works include The Room, which was the opening night film of Edinburgh’s Dead by Dawn Festival and winner of the jury prize at the Freakshow Film Festival. It is currently featured in American Horrors, a European TV Series. Their most recent film, Play Dead, premiered at the Fantasia Film Festival and went on to play over twenty other international festivals, winning numerous jury and audience awards before being distributed on FearNET. It was recently released online, where it has been viewed several hundred thousand times and was featured on the front page of Vimeo and named Short of the Week for it’s “abundance of style” and “auteur streak.” They are currently developing their first feature film in Miami, FL.
